Whether you call, video chat, email, or submit a ticket, you will ALWAYS be talking to a real PERSON.
Technical issues can get complicated and some may take some time to resolve so we like to make sure to stay in touch daily and provide updates.
Google is wonderful but not always super straight forward so we'd like to help cut down the time to research and provide a public knowledge base with straight forward answers and tutorials for you to use!
